JAMES CARPENTER
The mortgage industry is a natural fit for James' personality and experience. Prior to becoming a loan officer, James worked in Chicago as a tax accountant in the Financial Services-Real Estate Tax division.
James has obtained a BS in Accounting and a BS in Business Management with an emphasis in finance. James also speaks Spanish as a second language. Being the oldest of four children, you will find him to be a great people person and natural leader. Volume exposure, technical knowledge and the professional services his team provides has awarded him top producer for his company and placed him among the highest producers in the nation for the past five years.
When not in the office James enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling and time with his wife Monica and their three children. You can rest assured that you are in good hands with James and the team at New Northside Lending!
